Luqman Rosnan is an artist from Penang, Malaysia. He was born on November 11, 1999. He started
in the field at an early age. He recently completed a diploma in fine arts at the National Academy of
Art Culture and Heritage (ASWARA) 2020 and is currently pursuing a degree in the performing arts
program. He has been exposed to a creative way of thinking and is now actively involved in
producing works inspired by some of the Art Movements. Luqman Rosnan is a visual artist who
produces many works in the form of portraits using techniques or pop styles introduced by modern
artists such as Andy Warhol. He chose portrait visuals in his work as a form of tribute to the
individuals who inspired him in continuing his artistic journey.He became active in the field of art in
2018. That is to produce the first mural at the Jalinan Kasih Guidance School and Selayang Hospital.
Later, he slowly participated in group exhibitions in 2018 to 2021. Among the group exhibitions he
participated in were Exhibition @ Premiera Hotel, SUB a Group Exhibition of Alternative Paintings,
Open Exhibition Cat Art, Johor art, The Mini You DIORAMA JOURNAL, COVIXED Art Journals, PHOTO
(SYNTHESIS), Color Mania Online Exhibition, Virtual Exhibition SCAN+HOME, VIRTUE (AL) 2.0 Online
Art Exhibition @Artsteps, POP (People of Passion) and METANOIA 2020 ASWARA.
Although he is still in student status at the National Academy of Art Culture and Heritage (ASWARA)
in the Bachelor of Performing Arts, Luqman Rosnan has already started to tame in exhibiting before
he began to further his studies. Now he has become a President under the Fine Arts Association
Club at (ASWARA)
